Transforming the way you think about relationships, your business and your life.
THIS SITE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION :)
What I do:
I help individuals and small businesses navigate the tangled web of rules that make up our legal and regulatory system. In doing so, I educate my clients in the law and the legal process, helping them to develop reasonable expectations and make educated choices.
I work with individuals to help establish and manage their corporations, partnerships and LLCs. I advise on business issues involving contracts and leases, employment matters and operations. I also help individuals with estate planning.
In my administrative and land use practice I work to obtain regulatory approvals, ensure compliance with state, county and municipal laws. I have resolved a variety of problems including wetlands and shorelines issues, variance applications, street vacations, code violations and boundary disputes in venues ranging from local Hearings Examiners to the Court of Appeals.
I'm a seasoned performance artist and designer with over 20 years of active performance experience. My background and ability to think creatively and precisely sets me apart from many lawyers in large buildings. Having been there as well, I am proficient at researching traditional solutions to legal issues, but am also able to come up with radically different approaches.
I'm at my best solving problems in an efficient and creative way. I apply my intellectual skills and creative talents together, drawing on my background and experience as well as legal and business information resources to resolve issues in ways that maximize benefit and minimize cost. My focus is on obtaining efficient, creative high quality results that satisfy my clients.
